I am a motivated and guest-focused hospitality professional with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Hospitality and Tourism Management from SEGi University, Malaysia. I have gained practical experience in Front Office, Guest Service Center, and Concierge operations through my internship at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, as well as front office experience at Metropolitan Hotel, Bangladesh. I possess strong communication, problem-solving, guest relationship management, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and under pressure. My leadership experience as President of the Hospitality Department and Director of Hospitality in the Student Representative Council at SEGi University has strengthened my teamwork, coordination, and leadership abilities. Fluent in English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and Gujarati, with intermediate Japanese proficiency, I am eager to contribute to an international hospitality team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and continue developing my career in Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, or Hotel Operations.
