👋 About Me

I'm a lady who is passionate about engaging with learners from different walks of life.I love talking to them,teaching them,guiding them,counselling them,coaching them and encouraging them to develop skills that will help them anywhere in our globalised world.Naturally,I am industrious and innovative and can work under minimal supervision or none at all.I take my work seriously because am passionate about what I do.My focus is mainly result based hence am an objective person it terms of my approach o lesson delivery.To me,learners are not a means to and end,therefore,they should not be objectified.I treat each learner with respect and care,focusing on my self being the actual means to their end.I strive to aid them reach their goals through patience and understanding.As a Teacher,my goal.is always to ensure that I saitsfy myself with a learner's success.I have pride and immense joy in myself when my learners succeed because at the end of the day,its all about them.As a Teacher,I also appreciate and embrace the diversity of learners,understanding that,each learner has their own skills which need to be developed according to their capability,taking into cognisance,the timeline provided by the standards an expectations of the Curriculum provided by the Schooland Ministry of Education.Teching in Zimbabwe has taught me tolerance,patience,care and love for children,which already,are innate virtues.I am a mother myself,therefore,all children that I teach,receive similar motherly care.As Teachers,we dont just teach,we play the loco-parentis role too,and thatis exactly what I offer,in addition to my excellent teaching skills.
