📋 How to Play

  1. Children sit facing the teacher.
  2. Hold a flashcard face down so children cannot see it.
  3. Flash it briefly — 1-2 seconds only — then hide it again.
  4. Children shout out what they saw as fast as possible.
  5. Confirm the answer — "Yes! It is a LION!"
  6. Flash it again slowly so everyone can see and repeat.
  7. Move to the next card.
  8. Speed it up as children get more confident — faster flashes, quicker answers.

ðŸ’Ą Teacher Tips

✓This is the fastest vocabulary drilling game available — use it every lesson.
✓Add drama — make the flash very fast for excitement, very slow for suspense.
✓Let a confident child be the flasher once they know the vocabulary well.
✓Works brilliantly as a 5-minute warm-up before the main lesson activity.

🔄 Variations

→Show only part of the card — children guess the full image.
→Flash two cards — children must say both words in order.
→Silent round — children write or draw instead of shouting.
