ð How to Play
- Each group has a set of 6-9 picture dice.
- One child rolls all the dice.
- The group must create a short story using ALL the pictures shown on the dice.
- The story must use vocabulary from the current lesson.
- Groups write their story â minimum 6 sentences.
- Each group reads their story to the class.
- Class votes on the most creative story.

âYou can make simple dice using blank wooden cubes and stickers with pictures.
âTeach story connectors first â "First... Then... Next... After that... Finally..."
âSet a minimum sentence count to prevent one-line stories.
âThis activity develops creativity and is excellent for writing practice.

âEach child adds one sentence â collaborative chain story.
âRoll one die only â build a story where that image appears in every sentence.
âUse vocabulary flashcards instead of dice â pick 6 cards and build a story.
