Roll a ball to a classmate â whoever catches it must answer a question.

ð How to Play
- Children sit in a circle on the floor.
- Teacher holds the ball and asks a question â "What colour is a banana?"
- Teacher rolls the ball to any child.
- That child must answer the question â "Yellow!"
- If correct they get to roll the ball to another child and ask the next question.
- If incorrect the ball goes back to the teacher.
- Continue until all questions have been answered.
- For advanced groups children make up their own questions.

âUse a soft foam ball so it is safe to roll indoors.
âPrepare questions in advance from the lesson vocabulary.
âThe physical action of rolling the ball adds excitement to simple Q&A.
âThis works as a great review activity at the end of any lesson.

âWhoever catches the ball must ask the question â teacher only rolls first.
âUse a timer â child has 5 seconds to answer before ball goes back.
âPlay in small groups of 4-5 for more turns per child.
